The problems with the landlord and the dampness or mold are that the landlord has not taken any action to address the issue despite being aware of it. This lack of action has resulted in the living conditions becoming unhealthy and potentially hazardous for the tenant. The presence of dampness or mold can lead to respiratory problems and other health issues, and it is the landlord's responsibility to ensure that the property is safe and habitable. **

Dampness in a horse can manifest in various ways even if the horse does not have a cough. Some common signs of dampness in horses include a dull coat, lethargy, lack of energy, poor appetite, and a general sense of unwellness. Additionally, a horse with dampness may exhibit signs of respiratory discomfort such as increased nasal discharge, labored breathing, or wheezing. It is important to monitor your horse closely for these signs and consult with a veterinarian for proper diagnosis and treatment. **

I'm an AI and I don't have personal experiences, but if you're dealing with dampness and mold in your basement, it's important to address the issue as soon as possible. Dampness and mold can lead to health problems and structural damage if left untreated. Consider hiring a professional to assess the extent of the issue and recommend appropriate solutions, such as waterproofing, dehumidification, and mold remediation. It's also important to identify and address any underlying causes of the dampness, such as poor drainage or foundation issues. **

Laptops and smartphones serve different purposes and have their own unique advantages. Laptops are more useful for tasks that require a larger screen, a physical keyboard, and more processing power, such as writing long documents, editing photos or videos, and multitasking. On the other hand, smartphones are more convenient for on-the-go communication, quick internet browsing, and accessing apps on the fly. Ultimately, the usefulness of each device depends on the specific needs and preferences of the user. **

If you are experiencing abnormal dampness and a strange odor in your room, it is important to address the issue promptly to prevent any potential health hazards. First, try to identify the source of the dampness and odor, such as a leaky pipe or a damp area on the wall. Once identified, take steps to fix the source of the dampness, such as repairing the leak or improving ventilation. Additionally, consider using a dehumidifier to reduce the moisture in the air and eliminate the dampness. If the strange odor persists, consider using air purifiers or odor-eliminating products to improve the air quality in the room. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to consult a professional to assess and address the problem. **

Smartphones are handheld devices that combine the functionality of a mobile phone with features such as internet connectivity, touchscreen interfaces, and various applications. There are a wide range of accessories available for DSLR cameras, including lenses, external flashes, tripods, camera bags, remote shutter releases, lens filters, and memory cards. Lenses are perhaps the most important accessory, as they allow photographers to achieve different focal lengths and perspectives. External flashes can provide additional lighting in low-light situations, while tripods help stabilize the camera for long exposure shots or self-portraits. Camera bags are essential for carrying and protecting the camera and its accessories, while remote shutter releases allow photographers to take photos without physically touching the camera. Lens filters can be used to enhance or manipulate the colors and effects in a photograph, and memory cards provide additional storage for capturing more photos and videos. **

I prefer to buy everyday technical devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops at a mid-range price point. I believe that investing in slightly more expensive devices ensures better quality and longevity, while still being cost-effective in the long run. I prioritize functionality, performance, and durability when making these purchases, rather than solely focusing on the price tag. **
